We offer two Energizer Courses on the Isle of Wight: our original 3 day Energizer course offers an exciting variety of outdoor experience, from wild running over the Downs to exploring natural movements on the beach. See the sample itinerary below.

Our new 3 day Energizer with Creative Cooking course combines fitness with food inspiration. Packed full of energizing activities, foraging walks and wild cooking classes, we will awaken your creativity through imaginative cooking, using the freshest food that will make your body thrive. 3 Day Energizer Course

Arrival Day

-Arrive at Northcourt Manor for dinner and sundowners on the outdoor terrace.

Day One

- Early morning exploratory run through the beautiful fifteen acre garden and rolling Downs above Northcourt.
- Breakfast with fresh fruit, garden berries and raw honey.
- Practical workshop in the neighbouring woodland on natural movement and body perception, learning how our bodies have evolved to move.
- Natural movement circuit in the meadow, introducing skills such as climbing, lifting and jumping.
- Lunch of wild greens and fresh local fish.
- Optional garden walk.
- Short personalized discussion with one of our expert coaches.
- Intense boxing session in a glade of the woods.
- Candle-lit garden dinner of tender lamb and dishes of mixed seasonal veg.

Day Two 

- A breath-taking run over the Downs,towards the famous Needles. A refreshing dip at the bay afterwards to cool down (optional).
- Well-deserved picnic breakfast.
- Ball circuits on the beach, mixing fun with co-ordination and challenge.
- Wild Mobility and breathing class in a secret corner of the garden - great for reducing stress, improving mobility and helping to loosen key joints.
- Lunch of crunchy salads from the garden and a summer squash frittata.
- Optional massage to soothe hard worked muscles.
- Lifting and carrying skill work to develop strength and avoid injury.
- Enjoy a delicious barbecue of local food around the fire.

Day Three

- Beach games and a natural movement circuit on the beach, that will have you leaping over rocks, wading to sand banks, sprinting barefoot along the sand, crawling and having fun getting sweaty and sandy!
- Breakfast of fruit compotes and local eggs.
- Late morning pole work followed by an intense skipping class.
- Short cooking lesson on delicious local recipes from our head chef.
- Lunch of fresh crispy mackerel and crunchy baby carrots
- Practical workshop with information and goodies to take home with you.
- Leave for the ferry, relax and breathe in the last of the sea air.

 
3 Day Energizer with Creative Cooking

Day One

- Garden walk, picking wild edible plants along the way.
- Introduction to healthy food sourcing, cooking methods and tips on stocking up a wild kitchen.
- Practical workshop in the neighbouring woodland on natural movement and body perception, learning how our bodies have evolved to move.
- Lunch of wild greens and fresh local fish.
- Food demonstration in our garden kitchen -get creative with a variety of local and natural ingredients.
- Wild Mobility and breathing class in a secret corner of the garden - great for reducing stress, improving mobility and helping to loosen key joints.
- Candle-lit garden dinner of tender lamb and dishes of mixed seasonal veg.
    
Day Two
   
- Intense boxing session in a glade of the woods.
- Well-deserved breakfast with a quick demo of our favourite smoothie.
- A breath-taking foraging walk over the Downstowards the famous Needles, followed by a coastal walk in search of edible sea life (and for the hardy, a refreshing dip in the sea!).
- Lunch of crunchy salads from the garden and a summer squash frittata.
- Group cooking class, further exploring your culinary imagination and having fun sampling your unique and tasty dishes.
- Natural movement circuit in the meadow, introducing skills such as climbing, lifting and jumping.
- Question and answer time in the garden.
- Enjoy our deliciousdishes around the fire.

 Day Three

- Running activity in the meadow to wake you up!
- Breakfast of fruit compotes and local eggs, with a quick demo of a wonderful wild juice.
- Final food demonstration where you learn to make delicious wild treats (using only natural foods) to take home.
- Practical workshop with information to help you continue when you come home.
- Lunch of fresh crispy mackerel and crunchy baby carrots
- Leave for the ferry, relax and breathe in the last of the sea air.

      Our 3 day/3 night Energizer course is packed full of activity, rest-time and deliciously nourishing food,leaving you with a health kick to last for weeks! The course is a great introduction to the Wildfitness philosophy and also welcomes returners who are looking for a refresher boost. Over the 3 days you will take part in natural movement classes, exploratory training, skill-based activities and practical workshops, all of which will give you lots of practical ideas to take away with you.

      This course blends fitness and food inspiration! We look at the different ways we can use readily available fresh natural foods to make easy and exciting dishes which burst with health. Forget instructions and throw away your weighing scales: this is a chance to re-awaken your creativity and let your imagination flow.

      The Extended Energizer brings our two courses together over 6 days of activity and inspirational cooking. It is a great option for guests travelling from further afield or for those who are simply looking for an extended boost closer to home.
